How to Delete an iPhone 7 App. These steps were performed on an iPhone 7 Plus, in iOS 10.1. These steps are the same for most earlier versions of iOS, and will also work for other iPhone models. Some apps that were included on your iPhone by default cannot be uninstalled. Step 1: Find the app that you want to uninstall. Uninstall the app through iTunes. To do this, plug in your iOS device and click the device icon below the menu bar. Then, click “Apps” under Settings and search for the app you want to uninstall in the Apps list on the right.
Delete an app
